"I appreciate the reliability of Sagar, his outstanding communication and service thinking. At first, I was in a search for a 10-days car trip (only me) in the West part of Sikkim(Pelling), Darjeeling and Kalimpong. Sagar communicated and acted outstandingly after last minute needs. I got immediately a perfect adjusted itinerary.

The Sagar company was perfect when preparing the tour. All the other approx. 15 Gangtok travel agencies I contacted did not respond or did not understand my inquiry. Sagar worked out a very good itinerary for me. It consists of many very nice sightseeing points: the "general catch" of Sikkim, Botanic Gardens, Buddhism and Hinduism monasteries, tea plantations and churches. I was happy with the service provided by Monk and Mountains Tours and Travels.

Sagars was absolutely solid in the official permit and passport matters. This was definitely essential to keep the tour as a whole. The hotels he selected were very reliable and comfortable. The ratio from price to performance was fine.

Sagar and the driver always were professional, punctually and correct in their conduct. Sagar has an excellent understanding of Western Europe Tourist needs. Travel in Sikkim is exhausting and unpredictable due to its many official surprising restrictions and requirement. I highly recommend Sagar's agency for Sikkim related bookings."
